The centenary history of the Edwardstown Football Club is not merely an enviable success story at senior and junior level, nor the grooming of future AFL stars, but the continuing importance of virtues such as pride, loyalty, discipline, sacrifice and persistence on which a great club has been built and thrived. Above all, though, for the players, workers and supporters (past and present) the most important thing is the value of friendships made and retained.
